This website is owned and operated by Maa Bharati Jan Jagrati Seva Sansthan, Sirohi, Rajasthan. It provides information about the Sansthan’s event and activities and supports registrations, sankalp requests and voluntary donations. These terms apply to use of the website and submissions made through it.

Provide accurate information and use only a payment method that you are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate permission before submitting details of another person. Do not use the website to submit false payment references, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation or gain unauthorized access. A parent or guardian should handle submissions and payments for a child.

Contributions are voluntary donations towards the Sansthan’s religious, charitable and social-service activities. They are not purchases of a commercial product and do not guarantee a particular spiritual, medical, financial or personal result. Select the intended seva and verify the amount before authorizing payment. Any arrangement requiring separate confirmation by the organizing team is subject to that confirmation.

The checkout or payment instructions identify the available payment method and amount. Check any charges shown by the payment provider before proceeding. A submitted form, opened checkout, bank debit message or payment reference alone is not confirmation that the Sansthan has received cleared funds. Gateway or bank verification and reconciliation determine the recorded payment status. If your bank shows a debit while the website status is pending, contact the Sansthan with the reference before attempting another payment.

Please review a donation carefully before authorizing it. If you believe a payment was duplicated, made in error, unauthorized or recorded incorrectly, contact the Sansthan using the details below and provide the date, amount and transaction reference. Such cases are reviewed individually against bank and gateway records. This does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed refund deadline. Any approved correction or return of funds is subject to verification and the applicable bank or payment-provider process. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.

A payment acknowledgment or receipt records the contribution confirmed by the Sansthan. It is not, by itself, a guarantee of eligibility for a tax deduction. Tax treatment depends on applicable law, the relevant approval and the contributor’s circumstances. Ask the Sansthan for the applicable documentation before relying on any deduction.

Dates, programme details, venue arrangements and participation information may need to change because of organizational, safety, weather or other circumstances. Check the latest published programme and confirm any special arrangements with the organizing team. Submission of interest or a request does not by itself guarantee accommodation, travel, a reserved place or a particular ritual schedule.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment checkouts, map links, translation and other external services operate under their own terms. Website material is provided for information about the Sansthan and its activities; please contact the team before reproducing its original content commercially. Temporary outages or payment-provider interruptions can occur.

Contact the Sansthan first with an enquiry or discrepancy so that the organizing team can investigate. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not exclude protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be published on this page with an updated date.
