Depending on the form and choices you make, we collect your name, phone number, email address, age, address, registration or seva selection, donation amount and payment reference. A sankalp or a yagya requested in a person’s name may also include gotra and birth details, such as date, time and place of birth, and the details you choose to provide about the sankalp. Some fields are optional; the form indicates which details are needed. Please provide another person’s information only with appropriate authority or consent.

We use form details to respond to enquiries, manage participation and seva, coordinate sankalp requests with the authorized organizing team, match donations to payments, maintain records and issue applicable confirmations or receipts. We use contact information for communications connected with your request or contribution. Please do not include unrelated sensitive information in free-text fields.

Where enabled, online payments are handled through Razorpay or UCO Bank/Getepay. We send the selected provider the order amount, reference and the payer contact information needed for the transaction. The website keeps transaction identifiers, status and reconciliation records. Payment credentials entered in a provider’s checkout are handled by that provider; do not send card numbers, CVV, PINs, passwords or OTPs to the Sansthan. Hosting, email and other technical service providers may process information needed to operate the website. Payment providers and external services have their own privacy practices.

Choosing Gupt Daan records a contribution without a donor name in the donation record. It does not make the transaction untraceable: contact details and payment references can still be required to process, verify and reconcile the contribution. Authorized Sansthan personnel can access records as required for their responsibilities. Information may also need to be provided for a legal requirement, accounting, payment investigation or dispute.

The website’s own visitor counter uses a daily keyed identifier derived from the connection address and browser information, along with the page path, referring domain, language and device category. The counter itself does not set a visitor cookie. The hosting provider may also maintain access and security logs. Language selection can use browser local storage and a Google Translate cookie, and translation can load Google services. Admin sign-in uses a session cookie. If configured by the Sansthan, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel can load third-party scripts and use cookies or similar technology; these services are not required for reading the information pages. The website restricts administrative access and protects selected private form fields in storage. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are kept as needed to manage your request, reconcile contributions, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not promise deletion of transaction or statutory records on demand.

You can contact the Sansthan to ask about your information, request correction, request deletion where possible, or withdraw consent for further use of information provided for an optional purpose. Include enough information for us to locate your request or transaction; do not send payment passwords or OTPs. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal may limit our ability to complete the related service and does not undo processing already carried out or required record keeping. A parent or guardian should handle submissions relating to a child.
